Platinum Plus – Includes:
4 Year No-Fault Replacement Warranty - Spill Coke, water or any damage,
accident or not – we don’t care – you get SAME DAY replacement on all hardware!
7AM To 7PM - 2 Hour Response Time For Service Calls – You are guaranteed to
have a tech within 2 hours at your location from the time you called – even if you
call at 7PM. If a technician does not arrive within the documented 2 hour window
(and your place of business is accessible) – we pay you $100!
Free 4 Year Phone Support – Call us anytime from 7AM to 7PM and you will
receive FREE over the phone tech support – normally billed at $65.00 per hour - for
any services that can be phone supported.
4 Year Parts and Labor Warranty – You’re covered on any hardware failures.
Discounts On Billable Services – All adds, moves and changes and other billable
services – normally billed at $95.00 per hour plus a $25.00 trip charge - are
discounted to $65.00 per hour and NO trip charge - ever!
Discounts on Hardware – All future hardware purchases receive a 20% discount
from normal quoted prices.
Lifetime Software Updates – You get FREE updates on your software –
automatically - from the manufacturer for the life of the system.
System Monitoring – Convergex will monitor your system for failures or
performance issues for 4 years – normally a $1 per phone monthly charge – for
FREE! Most service issues will be fixed – automatically – while you sleep!
Everything is covered in the Platinum Plus package except the following - Acts of
God, flood, fire damage or electrical damage.
Gold Plus – Includes:
